Gurleen’s true ambition in life is to pat all the dogs. She is the type of person who goes to the dog park with a bag full of treats so she can lure all the dogs to her (don’t worry, she always asks the owner’s permission before feeding the dogs).

 

Gurleen went from being terrified of dogs as a child to not being able to imagine life without them. She has years of experience volunteering with dogs, and after her own forever dog passed away in 2020, she fostered as many dogs as she could before moving to Ottawa. Volunteering with rescues helps her to combine two passions – community work and dogs. She now helps us with our technology and systems, and adopted a sweet pup named Cooper in June 2022.
